
Refund Policy

At Singerman Media Group, we work hard to provide high-quality services to our clients. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for our services and add-ons.
1. Services (Filming, Strategy Calls, Content Packages)

Cancellations by Client: Clients may cancel a scheduled service by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule sessions (filming, strategy calls) with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled service without notice will result in forfeiture of payment.
2. Add-Ons (Additional Ads, Additional Filming Hours)

Purchases of add-ons are non-refundable once booked and confirmed.

Add-ons are fulfilled as additional service time/resources dedicated to the client and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
3. Subscription Plans

All subscription plans are billed in advance.

Refunds are not provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

Clients may cancel future billing cycles by providing at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date.
4. Cancellations by Singerman Media Group

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, technical issues, or emergencies). In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund for the affected service.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
